2009-2011: Across the South Property Search found and acquired new premises for two major treatment services for a Primary Care Trust funded national high profile drugs and alcohol service. We secured Change of Use to highly contentious D1 clinical planning. We also project managed the fit out of 5,000 sq ft of empty warehouse space and reconfigured a 3,500 sq ft former dental practice to provide clinic rooms adhering to Blood Bourne Virus Regulations, counselling rooms, meeting rooms and admin rooms for the services.
